Cancellation: Appointment cancellations require 24 hours notice. Failure to cancel will result in a 50% charge to your credit account for the reserved time.

Punctuality: Your punctuality is greatly appreciated so our other clients do not have to wait for their services.

SPA etiquette: Throughout you SPA treatments you are discreetly covered. Inappropriate action or language is cause for termination of treatment. We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone

Gift Certificates: Are non refundable and do not have any cash value. Create a personalized Gift Certificate for any combination of services or for a special amount.

Promotions: Are non refundable and do not have any cash value and can not be applied towards or combined with any existing promotions and or packages.
